What is basket trading?
Basket trading is a longer-term approach to gaining exposure to the movements of a specific trend or "theme," such as financial (bank) stocks, travel stocks, electronics, robotics, or other macro events or market movements. It involves taking a position on a group of stocks simultaneously, which are grouped together into one "basket."
